Trend: Industrial Chic A surprising amount of metal is being used for furniture. Elle decor has labeled it as Industrial Chic, a notable upcoming design trend. I have also noticed in the past year a growing trend in raw materials. Im seeing raw woods that are acid washed in lime, and mixed with these beautiful metal pieces. I love the look and its almost a throwback to the industrial revolution, but with a modern cheeky twist!
